Columbus, a global digital consultancy with more than 1,400 employees, has entered a strategic partnership with Go Autonomous to bring AI-driven autonomy to B2B commerce operations.

The collaboration combines Columbus’ expertise in digital transformation with Go Autonomous’ AI platform, enabling companies to make customer-facing processes such as order handling, inquiries, and support autonomous. Autonomous Commerce is the term for an AI execution layer that processes B2B orders, quotes, and pricing end-to-end, without human intervention at any stage.

B2B companies are under growing pressure to manage complexity while improving customer experience,” says Erling Schjetne, SVP & Global Business Line Executive Digital Commerce, at Columbus. “With Go Autonomous, we’re introducing the execution fabric that helps our customers scale faster and operate more efficiently.

As B2B companies face rising expectations for ‘always-on’ and seamless customer experiences, autonomous commerce is quickly becoming a competitive necessity. Through the partnership, Columbus will integrate Go Autonomous’ technology into its commerce and ERP ecosystem, helping clients streamline workflows and unlock greater efficiency across the value chain.

Go Autonomous’ platform uses advanced AI to process unstructured customer communication, including emails and documents, and convert it into structured data that can be actioned directly in business systems. This allows companies to introduce full autonomy into complex workflows without changing how customers interact with them, delivering immediate operational gains.

Bjarke Ruse Sejersen, Founder and CEO at Go Autonomous, adds: “Columbus brings deep industry expertise and a strong track record in digital transformation. Together, we’re enabling companies to move beyond manual processes and embrace autonomous commerce, where interactions are handled faster, smarter, and with greater accuracy.”

The partnership underscores a shared ambition to help B2B organisations modernise operations and deliver better customer experiences through autonomous commerce, while realising tangible business value faster.

About Go Autonomous

Go Autonomous is an enterprise software company redefining how B2B commerce is executed, moving beyond enablement to deliver true autonomous execution. Founded in Copenhagen, the company builds an AI-powered “Execution Fabric” that carries out autonomous commercial processes end-to-end—handling quotes, orders, and transactions across channels.

Its platform connects systems such as ERP, CRM, email, and eCommerce to interpret customer intent, make decisions, and execute transactions autonomously in real time. By replacing manual workflows and fragmented processes, Go Autonomous enables organizations to scale revenue operations without increasing cost or complexity, while improving speed, accuracy, and customer experience.

Serving global manufacturers and distributors, Go Autonomous helps businesses decouple growth from headcount, reduce cost-to-serve, and accelerate order-to-cash cycles. With a focus on execution certainty and enterprise-grade reliability, the company is shaping the next phase of B2B commerce.
