Columbus is strengthening the organisation with the appointment of Kasper Søndergaard Andersen as new Senior Vice President for the global Dynamics 365 operations.

Columbus is strengthening the organisation with the appointment of Kasper Søndergaard Andersen as new Senior Vice President for the global Dynamics 365 operations. 

Kasper Søndergaard Andersen brings extensive leadership experience in consulting and enterprise business applications. His latest position as Senior Vice President, Head of Region Denmark at NNIT demonstrates a proven track record of driving growth across the business application and consultancy space. Prior to NNIT, Kasper held various sales and delivery roles in GN ReSound and IBM. His combined experience supports Columbus’ continued path moving forward. Kasper succeeds Ole Fritze who has had a dual responsibility as Senior Vice President for Dynamics 365 and as Chief Operating Officer. Ole will continue as the latter.

In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Ole Fritze will take on additional responsibility and increase focus on execution and transformation.  He will lead Columbus’ global partnerships, products, security, and play a key role in driving our AI transformation. 

“We will benefit from Ole’s full focus on his COO responsibilities and our transformation agenda. With the extended mandate, he will lead some of the most important areas positioning us for the future and work deeper with how AI can be beneficial to our customers”, says Søren Krogh Knudsen.

Kasper Søndergaard Andersen will start his new position at Columbus as of March 1st, 2026.

Columbus strengthened its pipeline in the first quarter of 2026 despite the soft market situation, leaving the company well positioned for increased activity through the year. “The first quarter was characterised by a cautious start, but activity levels improved gradually throughout the quarter, and we strengthened both our pipeline and order intake with several larger project wins.
